About Journey Wellness

journey wellness pathJourney Wellness is a non-clinic based program developed at The Center at Heron Hill. Our mission is to foster wellness, promote education, and encourage community connection through inspiring a thriving relationship with nature. By being a non-clinic based program, we can offer a variety of topics and activities. We aim to be creative in our approach and flexible with programming.

Programs Offered

Programs occur year round and will almost always be outside somewhere on our 60 acre horse farm. Some programs offered through Journey Wellness may include: groups, workshops, retreats, youth camps, classes, CEUs, as well as other opportunities. Programs offered will range in topic and may include elements of: mindfulness, meditation, movement, art, working with animals, yoga, gardening, outdoor life skills, and archery.

Full payment is due upon registration for each program through Journey Wellness. Your spot in the program will not be guaranteed until full payment is received.
