Billing & Insurance
​We would like to thank you for considering our clinic to provide you with counseling services. In exchange for the best level of care we can deliver, there are certain financial responsibilities of which you need to be aware of. As a result, we cannot predict how many sessions you will need, or estimate what the total cost of services will be. Additionally, some services we provide or need to support you with may not be covered by insurance, so you may need to be prepared for occasional out of pocket expenses. This is further explained in the financial forms that you sign with our office prior to starting services with us as part of the intake paperwork.

In-Network Vs. Out-of-Network Coverage
We are contracted as in-network providers with the following insurance plans:
Healthshare/CareOregon
OHP/Opencard
Trillium
Yamhill County Community Health
PacificSource Commercial (payment on file will be required)
Aetna Commercial (payment on file will be required)
Any commercial insurance plan with Oregon Health Plan/OHP secondary (payment on file will be required)
Our insurance biller, Shameka Seals will be happy to discuss your insurance coverage with you as a courtesy, but please keep in mind that any information quoted to you does not guarantee payment of services by your insurer. Our agency is happy to bill your in-network insurance plan for you. For all others, payment at the time of service is required with a form of payment that is kept on file and a superbill will be provided to you so that you can seek reimbursement directly with your insurance provider. Policy specifics and payment of services is between you and your insurance provider. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider directly for any questions you may have regarding your policy and its coverage of our services.
