About
Lydia is a graduate student at Lewis and Clark University working toward her master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy, with a focus in Ecopsychology.
Lydia loves working with children and adults of all ages. She has worked with children and youth as an environmental educator, led mindfulness retreats for youth and college students, and taught music to preschoolers through adults.
Lydia believes that the natural world and the human body hold an innate intelligence that can guide us toward healing and reconnection. She uses experiential, narrative, and somatic approaches to help people connect to their own knowing to move forward in their lives. Lydia is working toward certification as a Focusing-Oriented Therapist and incorporates movement, mindfulness, creativity, and nature-connection in her work.
